Who are Chirpy Goose?

We are a small business bringing you the best products for animal lovers. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

We are committed to ensuring that your items arrive as quickly and safely as possible. We ship globally and ask that customers allow 2-4 weeks for the order to arrive at the delivery address provided, though timeframe may vary. Please refer to our Delivery Information for more details. 

How do I track my order?

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped and you can track with your email address and order number. 

Can I return items?

We are sure you'll love our products however if you are not completely satisfied with your item, you can return your order providing it is within 30 days of delivery and the same condition when you received it. You can refer to our Refund policy for more information or simply email us and we’ll walk you through our hassle free return policy. 

My item arrived damaged, what do I do?

If this happens to you, please contact us at hello@chirpygoose.com with both of the following:

  • Your order number.
  • Pictures of the damaged product.

Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge

What payment method do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. We also accept Apple pay and Klarna payments.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchange on products.
